At NexaWood, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds.

Returns

  • You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or customization reasons (e.g., personalized products).

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at help@nexawood.com with your order number.

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship your item back to our return center.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not support direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
