At NexaWood, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds.
Returns

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or customization reasons (e.g., personalized products).
How to Start a Return

We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Ship your item back to our return center.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently do not support direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
